The State Attorney's Office has filed indictments against Fahd and Asad Hujirat and another minor for the liquidation of Ali Sawaed last July as part of a conflict between crime families. The two ambushed him at his workplace and fired at him from close range, and also attempted to murder a passerby who happened to be at the scene and was himself murdered weeks later.

Magen David Adom reported that the emergency call was received at 05:31. Paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene after he sustained severe penetrating wounds.

After about 40 days of detention, during which YAHBAL officers conducted a complex investigation, the police managed to establish an evidentiary basis against four suspects.

Last month, a suspect opened fire inside a mosque in Shefa-Amr while brandishing a sword and a pistol before fleeing. Following a manhunt, YAMAM forces arrested the suspect, and a second individual was later apprehended for concealing the weapon.
