The Central District Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment in the Petah Tikva Youth Court against a 17-year-old minor, charging him with stabbing and injuring another minor of the same age at Poleg Beach in Netanya.

According to the indictment, in late August during the early morning hours, the defendant and his friends arrived at the beach. An argument broke out between him and the other minor, and the two began to scuffle until bystanders separated them. At this point, the defendant threatened the minor, stating, "Wait, I'm going to kill you today, you're dead today," and left the beach riding a motorcycle.

Minutes later, the defendant returned to the beach wearing a helmet and armed with a knife. He asked where the minor was, pulled out the knife, and ran toward him. The minor tried to move away, tripped over a wall, and fell on his back. The defendant stood over him and tried to stab him, while the minor attempted to fend him off with his legs and hands. The defendant did not stop and stabbed the minor in the arm.

Immediately afterward, the defendant fled the scene on the motorcycle, threw away the knife, and smashed his mobile phone. The stabbed minor suffered injuries and was rushed by ambulance for medical treatment at Sheba Medical Center.

10% The indictment charges the defendant with aggravated assault, threats, and obstruction of justice. A sweeping gag order was issued by the court regarding the remaining details of the case and the identities of the involved minors.
