Father Sentenced to 7.5 Years in Prison for Child Sexual Abuse in Lod
A Lod court sentenced a father to 7.5 years in prison for sexually abusing his two young sons and streaming the acts to a man posing online as a woman.

The Central District Court in Lod sentenced a father to 7.5 years in prison on Wednesday for sexually abusing his two young sons, aged four and eight, recording the acts, and sharing the footage online.
Details of the Conviction
The case came to light in October 2024, when the father met Ori Alfi, who posed online as a 35-year-old woman named "Maria." According to the amended indictment, Alfi encouraged the father to involve his children in explicit sexual discourse and to document the abuse.
The father filmed his eight-year-old son naked in the bathtub, committed an indecent act, and sent the video to Alfi. He later abused his four-year-old son while the child was sleeping, broadcasting the acts live to Alfi via video call.
Court Rejects Manipulation Defense
The defense presented an expert opinion arguing that the father lacked pedophilic patterns and was manipulated into the crimes by Alfi. However, the court rejected this claim, noting that the severe abuse began on the very first day the two met.
The minors trusted their father while he bathed them and put them to sleep in their own home, which should have been their fortress.
In addition to the prison sentence, the court ordered the father to pay 150,000 shekels in compensation to his children and imposed suspended sentences. Ori Alfi was sentenced last July to 17 years in prison for his role in the offenses.
