Ingredients:
1 container of sour cream (15%)
4 containers of Eshel (buttermilk/yogurt)
1 teaspoon of salt
For serving (optional):
Olive oil
Za'atar
Sesame seeds
Preparation method:

Place a strainer over a bowl and line it with a clean cloth bag or muslin cloth.

Put the sour cream, Eshel, and salt into the bag.

Mix all the ingredients well directly inside the bag.

Close the bag and place it inside the strainer.

Transfer to the refrigerator for 24 hours while the liquids drip from the bag into the bowl.

After 24 hours, open the bag and transfer the resulting cheese to a serving plate or container.

Serve as is, or add a little olive oil, za'atar, or sesame seeds on top.
