Known for his upscale culinary background, Roth is now focusing on gourmet sausages priced at 45 shekels, including chicken, beef, and choripan varieties. Meanwhile, Haifa's historic Talpiot Market has welcomed D&D - Dogs and Draft, a new spot serving craft beers and creative hot dogs starting at 29 shekels, alongside house-made mortadella sandwiches.

Bakery enthusiasts can now visit the newly opened Cafe Pitzi in Ramat HaSharon, a charming project by Haim and Sigal Cohen featuring fresh pastries, artisanal sandwiches, and a cozy neighborhood atmosphere. In the south, the popular Night Cookie chain has opened its 17th branch on HaGdud HaIvri Street in Ashdod, celebrating with a free cookie giveaway for local residents. Additionally, the renowned bakery Lechem VeHamtah has expanded from Modi'in to the western district of Rishon LeZion, bringing its famous photogenic pastries, bottled matcha, and cruffins to a new audience.
