Air Seychelles Cancels Flight to Mauritius Following Denied Landing Permit

An Air Seychelles flight scheduled to depart from Israel and land in Mauritius has been canceled after local authorities refused to grant landing permission. Spirit Productions stated that, despite overnight efforts, the decision stems from political considerations. The company expressed deep disappointment over the move, which directly impacts Israeli passengers who have no connection to government policies.

Tali Yetiv, CEO and owner of Spirit Productions, said: We regret this decision, which harms Israeli passengers uninvolved in political matters. We did everything possible until the last moment to ensure the flight operated as planned and are assisting affected travelers.

This incident follows a recent announcement by the government of the Maldives banning Israeli passport holders from entering the country due to the ongoing conflict in Gaza.
