UK Ticket Wins £111 Million EuroMillions Jackpot
A UK lottery ticket has won the 111 million pound EuroMillions jackpot, marking the third major British win in the transnational lottery since the start of 2026.
A lottery ticket purchased in the United Kingdom won the entire EuroMillions jackpot on Friday evening, according to organizers. The yet-unidentified winner accurately matched all seven lucky numbers to claim the massive fortune after no other participants across Europe duplicated the feat.
The draw took place in the evening, with the winning numbers drawn as 11, 12, 15, 38, and 49, alongside the lucky stars 10 and 12. Claiming the grand prize required a flawless prediction of both the five main numbers and the two lucky star numbers.
Andy Carter from Allwyn, the operator of the National Lottery in the UK, stated that a single lucky winner secured the life-changing 111 million pound prize and urged the public to check their tickets.
This marks the third time a British participant has captured the top EuroMillions prize since the beginning of 2026. In March, a single participant won 181 million pounds, while in April, two UK tickets shared a 125 million pound prize with another winner from France.
