In a period of exorbitant prices, a passenger claims that El Al forced a voucher on him instead of a refund. "A company that exploits the fact that it has no real competition right now, traps us in opaque bureaucracy, and holds people's money hostage."

The refund campaign is now underway, allowing passengers who paid for periodic subscriptions to receive compensation for days when public transport was limited. Refunds can be claimed until December 31, 2026.

The Ministry of Transport will begin on Sunday a refund operation for passengers who held periodic subscriptions during the period of service reduction during the war.
