The "groupies" in Nazi Germany who adored the tyrant were not necessarily attracted to his physical appearance, but desired him because in their eyes he radiated power and control. Particularly persistent women, who obsessively sent him explicit letters, were punished and sent to a concentration camp or labor camp on the grounds that they were "distracting the Führer from his important work."

Several copies of the book were found in the "Afaq" store, which opened earlier this month in central London. The owners claim that the books were placed in the back next to history books and were not prominently displayed, but a city council member who documented them claims: "They chose 'Mein Kampf' as one of the first books to display."

The rare gun, which allegedly belonged to the Nazi dictator, disappeared after a police raid on its owner's home in Argentina in 2016. Now, he is suing the Buenos Aires provincial Ministry of Security after a court ruled that the state is responsible for its disappearance. The two police officers who led the raid are expected to stand trial.
