IDF: 3 Israelis crossed into Syrian territory and were returned to Israel

Three Israeli citizens crossed the border into Syrian territory near Mount Hermon during the night on Tuesday. IDF forces deployed to the area, conducted a search, and returned them to Israeli territory.
The individuals were detained and transferred to the Israel Police for further processing. The IDF Spokesperson's Unit stated:
«The IDF strongly condemns this incident, which constitutes another case of serious interference with operational activity and poses a danger to the safety of IDF forces operating in the area. Law enforcement authorities must prosecute those involved to prevent the repetition of this criminal offense.»
