British UFO researcher Simon Holland claims that a secret space race is underway between Russia and China regarding potential contact with an extraterrestrial civilization. According to Holland, both nations possess sensitive data and a mysterious message allegedly originating from non-human intelligence, reigniting the debate over whether humanity has made contact with intelligent life beyond Earth.
The Source of the Allegations
According to Holland, the information stems from a former British senior official at a European radio-telescope organization who maintains contact with researchers in Russia. This source claims that Moscow received a message of extraterrestrial origin but has yet to decode it. Furthermore, it is alleged that Moscow shared communication technology with China and that both countries are considering releasing the data at a politically advantageous moment.
Holland asserts that the information is not limited to Russia and China, noting that the United States, the United Kingdom, and France are also allegedly aware of the contact. He claims the U.S. withholds disclosure due to political and economic considerations, partly driven by defense contractors developing technologies related to unidentified aerial phenomena.
