Reisdor Wins Elad Land Tender for 900 Million NIS Mixed-Use Project
The Reisdor Group has won an Israel Land Authority tender in Elad for 26.8 million NIS, creating an 18-dunam mixed-use commercial and logistics hub with a 900 million NIS investment.
The Reisdor Group continues to expand its operations in Elad, announcing on Thursday that it has won another Israel Land Authority tender to acquire lease rights for a commercial and employment plot in the city, with a total projected investment of approximately 900 million NIS.
The plot spans 7,543 square meters and is adjacent to two other plots already owned by the company. The new land includes building rights for about 60,000 square meters of employment space and 1,697 square meters of commercial space. Reisdor will pay roughly 26.8 million NIS plus VAT for the lease rights, alongside development expenses of around 8.9 million NIS.
Creating a Major Commercial Hub
This new acquisition joins adjacent plots 502 and 503, enabling Reisdor to consolidate a significant land continuity in the area totaling approximately 18 dunams. The company intends to advance the required permits for a mixed-use project featuring logistics centers, offices, and commercial spaces. Located near Highway 6, the complex benefits from exceptional accessibility and strategic connectivity.

This move represents another milestone in Reisdor's strategy to increase its land reserves in high-growth areas. While final construction permits are still pending, the massive project underscores the developer's long-term commitment to multi-use commercial real estate.
