After 25 years of service, Haim Duke, Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Prima Hotels, is stepping down from his role. As part of the company's preparations for continued growth and expansion in the coming years, the hotel chain has announced a reorganization of its marketing and sales management structure. Consequently, the company has decided to split and deepen these domains by appointing two dedicated vice presidents.

Strategic Reorganization
Avi Dor, CEO of Prima Hotels, stated: "I want to thank Haim Duke for 25 years of significant contribution to Prima, for our shared journey, and for his role in the development and building of the chain over the years. We are not saying goodbye yet, and I am glad that Haim will continue to be a part of our path. I consider him a close friend and cherish our connection over the years."
Dor further noted: "The hotel industry has undergone profound changes in recent years, both globally and technologically. Changes in consumer behavior and the accelerated development of artificial intelligence (AI), alongside the evolution of marketing and sales channels, require us to adapt our organizational structure and management capabilities to the new world."
