Ahead of the Tishrei holidays, Israeli eSIM company VOYE Global is launching a family eSIM account, enabling multiple family members to share a single data pool under one account. Each user is assigned a separate eSIM, while all data consumption is drawn from a shared pool that can be managed and tracked through a central dashboard.

The new account is designed for families traveling together who currently need to purchase and manage multiple data packages simultaneously. Instead of allocating a separate data package to each family member, users can buy a shared pool and manage everyone's usage under one account. This allows each family member to consume data according to actual usage, without pre-allocating quotas.

Pricing and Usage Trends

The family account is offered in four plans valid for 30 days, with prices ranging from 55 ₪ to 245 ₪ depending on the cellular data volume. The product launch comes amid a surge in eSIM usage and a rise in Israelis using packages across multiple destinations during a single trip. According to VOYE Global data for July-August 2026, eSIM package orders grew 4.4 times compared to summer 2025, while the typical trip duration increased from four days to six.

"The summer data reflects a shift in Israeli travel habits—trips are becoming more flexible, people visit multiple destinations in the same vacation, and preparations are made closer to the flight date. The family account responds to a need we see among traveling families who want a simpler way to manage everyone's connection," said Sagi Shntg, CEO of VOYE Global.

Summer Travel Statistics

According to a Kantar survey commissioned by VOYE Global among 510 Israelis aged 18-74, 38.4% of Israelis who traveled abroad purchased an eSIM package, compared to 34% who bought a cellular data package from a local Israeli carrier. Greece was the leading destination this summer, accounting for roughly 19% of all orders and leading total data consumption with 14%.
