Prashkovsky Starts Construction on New 16-Story Tower in Rehovot
Prashkovsky Group has started construction on a 16-story residential tower in Rehovot featuring 106 apartments, marking its fourth real estate project in the city.
Prashkovsky Group has secured a shoring and excavation permit and commenced construction on its "Prashkovsky Migdal Bereshit Rehovot" project, marking the company's fourth residential venture in Rehovot.
The 16-story building will feature 106 apartments ranging from 3 to 5 rooms, alongside garden apartments and 6-room penthouses. Company representatives noted that Prashkovsky plans to advance two additional mixed-use projects in the city comprising thousands of residential units, long-term rental apartments, and extensive commercial and office space.
Rehovot Mayor Matan Dil attended the cornerstone-laying ceremony, emphasizing the city's continuous growth and development. Yossi Prashkovsky, Chairman of the Board of Prashkovsky Investments and Construction, highlighted the firm's long-standing commitment to the city's urban renewal and expanding housing supply.
