Salesforce Signs Major Lease for 15,000 Sqm in Tel Aviv ToHa 2 Tower
Salesforce has leased 15,000 square meters across five floors in Tel Aviv's ToHa 2 tower in a deal valued at over 140 million NIS, uniting its local workforce under one roof by 2028.

Salesforce has announced a major lease agreement to occupy five floors spanning approximately 15,000 square meters in the central section of the ToHa 2 tower in Tel Aviv.
The skyscraper is being developed by Amot Investments and Gav-Yam, with Danya Cebus serving as the main contractor. Although the building is nearing completion, Salesforce is scheduled to relocate to the new premises in early 2028, following the completion of interior fit-out works.
Multi-Million-Shakel Deal
While the financial details were not officially disclosed, market estimates value the shell-condition rent at 130 to 165 NIS per square meter. Assuming a five-year lease term, the total value of the transaction is projected to exceed 140 million NIS, with the company holding an option to lease two additional floors.
Salesforce currently employs roughly 1,000 people in Israel across Tel Aviv and Nazareth. In Tel Aviv, the workforce is split between Alon Tower 1, Azrieli Sarona Tower, and ToHa 1. The new lease will unite all Tel Aviv employees under a single roof.
The ToHa 2 tower rises 78 floors, offering 160,000 square meters of office space. Google previously leased approximately 60,000 square meters spanning the top 24 floors under a 10-year contract. Amot and Gav-Yam reported that additional negotiations for office spaces are underway.
