Tel Aviv's renowned Pop & Pop restaurant is celebrating its sixth anniversary with a week-long culinary journey across five Asian countries. From November 2 to November 7, Chef Shahaf Shabtai will lead a series of rotating specials, offering diners a vibrant taste of everything from Thailand to China.

A Journey Through Asian Flavors

The celebrations kick off on Monday, November 2, with an evening dedicated to Thai cuisine, featuring Bangkok-style red curry and duck massaman prepared live in front of guests. Alongside the special menu, diners will have the chance to win a pair of flight tickets to Greece, courtesy of Arkia Israeli Airlines.

As the week progresses, the menu shifts to Vietnam on Tuesday with rice paper carpaccio, followed by Singaporean satay and laksa on Wednesday. Thursday brings Japanese delicacies including sashimi trio and katsu curry, while Friday focuses on Chinese cuisine featuring smashed cucumber salad and wok-fried beef. The festivities conclude on Saturday night, November 7, with a best-of compilation from the week's menus.

"We wanted to create an immersive experience that goes beyond just a standard birthday dinner, bringing the authentic tastes and atmosphere of Asia directly to Tel Aviv," said the restaurant team.
