Death threats against Avigdor Lieberman: "We will send you back to Russia with a bullet in the head"
A series of death threats were sent in recent days to Yisrael Beiteinu chairman Avigdor Lieberman. The party has filed an official complaint with the Knesset Sergeant-at-Arms and transferred all evidence to law enforcement for investigation.
A complaint was filed today, Sunday, with the Knesset Sergeant-at-Arms and law enforcement agencies following a series of serious death threats sent in recent days against Yisrael Beiteinu chairman MK Avigdor Lieberman. The party's spokesperson stated that the threats include explicit calls to harm his life and reflect an escalation in the frequency and severity of the messages directed at him.
According to the documentation transferred to the authorities, the messages included harsh statements such as: "We will send you back to Russia with a bullet in the head," "Lieberman, go die, with God's help, you are trash," "Go die, pathetic trash," and "If you die, the State of Israel is saved."
In the Yisrael Beiteinu faction, they noted that these messages join dozens of threatening inquiries received recently. All documentation has been collected and transferred to the authorized security and law enforcement agencies to ensure the senders are prosecuted.
