7:41 - Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said last night that the government plans to raise the price of fuel purchased beyond existing subsidized quotas to 10,000 tomans (about 100,000 rials) per liter, but noted that the implementation date for the move has not yet been set. This is an increase of about 5,000 tomans from the current price. He said that Iran is facing limitations in fuel supplies because import routes have been blocked by the war: "We are in a war, and first of all we must accept the fact that we are in war conditions. The route is currently blocked and goods are not arriving, one of these goods is fuel."

The Chief of Staff decided to keep an additional regular division on "jump alert" for the West Bank arena, in case of escalation and deterioration in this area. The army stated that the background for this decision is the rise in nationalist crime and Jewish terror, and the fear of a widespread Palestinian response that is taking shape. The decision also includes preparation for immediate action and shortening the alert times of additional operational units, if the reinforcement is not enough, while keeping an eye on other arenas as well.
