The i24NEWS news channel wraps up the Hebrew year of Tav-Shin-Vav with particularly impressive growth figures. Data shows that most of the channel's programs doubled their ratings or more, eating into the viewership pie of competing channels, which registered drops of tens of percents in parallel time slots.

In the 'Central Edition' anchored by Miri Michaeli, an 86% increase was recorded comparing August to August, along with a 57% surge in the annual average between Tav-Shin-He and Tav-Shin-Vav. Meanwhile, competing editions suffered drops: Channel 12 dropped by 15%, Channel 13 by 17%, Channel 14 by 5%, and Kan 11 by 3%.

In weekend programming, 'Kabinet Shishi' with Neve Dromi posted a 52% increase in its annual average, solidifying second place against competitors, while 'Magazin HaShabat' with Michal Rabinovich jumped 67% annually.

Evening and current affairs slots also reached new highs. The program '7 - Sharon Gal' surged 129% on average annually, surpassing Kan 11 in some metrics, while 'Madad Gilboa' with Niv Gilboa strengthened by 50% annually.

Significant increases were also recorded in 'HaAravimot' with Zvi Yehezkel (up 14% annually), 'Mahadurat Hamesh' with Sharon Nissim (up 50% annually), and 'HaIsraelim' with Uri Koal (up 21% annually). Various broadcast slots hit historic viewership highs this year, peaking with 'Kabinet Shishi,' which reached a record 5.4% viewing rating.
