A total of 967 days have passed since the disappearance of young Himnut Kasau, who was last seen at the absorption center in Safed when she was nine years old. On Monday, her family members issued a public invitation to gather at the Himnut family tent in Jerusalem to show support.

The family announced a gathering for an evening of singing, solidarity, and mutual support at the tent located in Zussman Square near the Cinema City. The family invited the public to join them and encouraged participants to bring musical instruments to help create a comforting atmosphere during this difficult time.

In recent months, the struggle to find Himnut has gained significant momentum. Former hostages and their families have stepped up to support the Kasau family, including Shelly Shem Tov, the mother of released hostage Omer Shem Tov. Additionally, freed hostage Eli Sharabi visited the family's tent near the Prime Minister's residence, emphasizing that standing with the Kasau family is a moral imperative.

Meanwhile, opposition leader Yair Lapid recently sent an urgent official letter to Shin Bet chief David Zini, requesting an immediate meeting with Himnut Kasau's parents to discuss the ongoing search efforts.
