Nearly two weeks after a terror incident involving flight FZ1073, Flydubai contacted its passengers via email to offer support. The airline addressed the distressing events surrounding the flight and provided a dedicated support desk for affected travelers.

The email stated that passenger safety and peace of mind remain a top priority. While expressing relief that passengers arrived safely in Tel Aviv on a replacement aircraft, the company acknowledged that travelers may still have concerns and offered independent professional support services if needed.

However, the message did not mention any financial compensation for the passengers. One traveler criticized the delayed response, telling N12 that the outreach felt like a desperate attempt to mitigate potential future lawsuits rather than a genuine gesture of care.
