Avi Levy, controlling shareholder and chairman of Lahav LR, has expressed confidence in the company. Levy purchased shares for a total value of approximately 4.3 million shekels (at a price of 11.2 shekels per share), increasing his stake to approximately 40.12% of the company's share capital. According to the stock exchange report, Levy acquired about 385,000 shares, representing an increase of about 0.13% in his total holdings. The transaction was carried out in a single installment.

This move crosses the 40% threshold, making him an even more central controlling shareholder, with his current holding rate standing at 40.12% of the share capital and voting rights (37.44% on a fully diluted basis). Off-exchange purchases by senior officials in the amounts of millions of shekels are typically perceived by the capital market as a positive signal and a sign of high management confidence in the company's future and growth potential.

Amos Luzon also increased his stake this morning in the public companies he owns, carrying out share purchases in "Luzon Group", "Luzon Ronson", and "Luzon Ashrai" for several hundred thousand shekels.

Recently, there has been a wave of controlling shareholders in real estate companies increasing their stakes. David Porer, the main shareholder of Mivne, has purchased shares in the last few days for 100 million shekels. Similarly, Igal Damri, Hershy Friedman of Azorim, Tzahi Abu, and Alon Amram of Amram Avraham have all increased their holdings in their respective real estate companies over the last two months.
