Air India to Resume Direct Flights Between Tel Aviv and Delhi on Dec 1

Air India is set to resume its direct flights between Tel Aviv and Delhi on December 1, operating five flights a week.

The Indian airline previously returned to the Israeli market in February 2026, but operations were suspended following the outbreak of Operation Roaring Lion.

Since October 7, Air India has repeatedly halted and resumed its route due to security escalations. As the sole carrier operating direct flights between Israel and India, its suspensions forced travelers to rely on connecting flights through the Gulf states or Europe. Delhi also serves as a major hub for onward travel across East Asia.
