Two young men were fatally injured in the neck while riding motorcycles in the Delhi area during Independence Day celebrations. The incidents involved 'Manjha,' a sharp kite string, the synthetic versions of which are prohibited. Police have launched a crackdown, seizing hundreds of spools and arresting suspects.

According to Delhi Police, the 53-year-old suspect purchased the murder weapon in advance. Following the crime, he withdrew a large sum of cash and was apprehended while attempting to escape. During interrogation, he cited a long-standing property dispute as the motive.
