The Paz Group has suspended the option to purchase Bitcoin via the Yellow app in partnership with Bits of Gold. The move follows a cyber incident involving software provider Meta Base.

The Yellow chain is launching a new nationwide initiative: customers paying via the app can purchase a hot dog for only 5 shekels, with a limit of 2 portions per day. The move comes against the backdrop of rising fast-food prices.

The Paz Group is launching a collaboration with Bits of Gold, allowing customers over 18 to open a crypto account directly via the Yellow app and use accumulated rewards to purchase Bitcoin.
