Regavim

The massive villa was built over years in Area B, which is subject to a military order prohibiting construction. The Binyamin Council and the Regavim movement are demanding that the security establishment demolish the structure, which they claim poses a security threat: "In security matters, one does not wait for a disaster to wake up."

A demolition order against a scrapyard in western Binyamin has remained on paper for nearly 20 years, with inspections revealing the site has actually grown. The High Court ruled that the state's enforcement actions do not justify judicial intervention. Regavim criticized the decision, stating the court has "made a mockery of the law."

The Regavim movement warns of severe pollution in a stream in the Negev and demands increased enforcement against those responsible. According to them, waste is burned and dumped without permission, and animal carcasses are accumulating in the area. Ahead of winter, the movement warns: rains could wash away the waste, block the stream's channel, and cause flooding.

The Regavim movement has filed a petition against the Minister of Defense, the Central Command, the Civil Administration, and the Israel Police, demanding the demolition of an illegal four-building complex in Barta'a, Wadi Ara.

The organization filed a petition to the court in Luxembourg demanding the full cancellation of the sanctions imposed on it about two months ago. CEO Meir Deutsch: "This is an attempt to intimidate civil society and the public in Israel."
