The High Court of Justice has temporarily frozen the transfer of the investigation into the Military Advocate General and the video leak to Channel 12 to State Attorney Amit Esman. Justice Dafna Barak-Erez ruled that the case will not be transferred to Esman at this stage, citing caution following a petition for a further hearing.
