Hossam Hassan, head coach of the Egyptian national football team, was hospitalized after a confrontation between his current and former wives escalated into a physical brawl requiring police intervention.

The confrontation between Dan Adam and Huda al-Gharbawi broke out at a hotel cafe in the north of the country and escalated into physical violence. Family members and police officers separated the two. The lawyer for the coach's wife stated: "Her condition is good and her health is fine."
