A woman from Georgia booked an appointment with a hairdresser and paid a $50 deposit, but the appointment was cancelled at the last minute citing a family emergency - and the money was not refunded. At the time scheduled for the appointment, she found the hairdresser sitting with friends at a restaurant, documented the confrontation, and ordered food and a shot of tequila on her tab.
