A 2.6 million shekel copyright lawsuit threatens pop star Noa Kirel's new international series 'NOA', as screenwriter Rotem Carmeli claims the show copies her original format.

Amazon Prime Video has set October 9 for the premiere of Noa Kirel's musical telenovela Mírame Así, El Camino de NOA, starring alongside Argentina's Agustín Bernasconi.

The new action thriller starring the Israeli actress was released on Amazon Prime Video and received particularly scathing reviews, with critics giving it embarrassing scores and attacking the thin plot and unoriginal script.
