Almog Group

The Almog Group and partners of the Pera brand have signed a merger agreement to establish Tomiverse Hotels Ltd. The new company will combine financial strength and operational expertise to launch three major projects in Mitzpe Ramon, Tel Aviv, and the Dead Sea by 2027.

This is a project on Ahad Ha'Am Street in the city. As part of the initiative, two old 4-story buildings were demolished in preparation for the construction of two new 8-story buildings with 42 housing units above an underground parking lot.
