Lakers' Ziaire Williams Proposes to Model Paris Tyman at Bruno Mars Concert

Ziaire Williams has yet to play a single minute for the Los Angeles Lakers, but he already delivered an unforgettable moment in the city over the weekend—far away from the basketball court.

Williams attended a Bruno Mars concert at the Intuit Dome with his partner, fashion model Paris Tyman. During the hit song "Marry You," timed to perfection, he dropped to one knee and proposed to her.

The romantic gesture unfolded before thousands of cheering fans as confetti rained down from the stadium ceiling. The magical moment was broadcast live on the giant screens, and the couple was captured jumping and shouting with joy after Tyman said yes. Unsurprisingly, the footage quickly went viral across social media platforms.

The venue's official account also joined the celebration, sharing a video of the event and tagging the happy couple with the caption, "It really was a 24K Magic kind of night."

Tyman, a successful fashion and commercial model, has been in a relationship with Williams for several years. Now, the pair are set to begin a fresh chapter in their personal lives alongside Williams' new professional journey with the Lakers.

The forward signed a one-year, $15 million contract this summer and is still awaiting his debut in the iconic purple and gold uniform. A former top-10 draft pick, Williams entered the NBA following a standout season at Stanford. He was originally selected by the New Orleans Pelicans, with his rights subsequently traded to the Memphis Grizzlies, where he played for three seasons before moving to the Brooklyn Nets in 2024.

His previous season was severely hampered by injuries, limiting him to just 13 appearances due to a minor back fracture and lower back issues. Yet, even before stepping onto the court for his new team, Williams has already secured a major victory off it in Los Angeles.
