Yarden Lasri and her economic empire: how the OnlyFans star became wealthy
OnlyFans celebrates a decade of operation with an annual revenue of 7 billion dollars. One of the most prominent stars in the field, Yarden Lasri, reflects on the industry's evolution and reveals the reality of her earnings.

The content platform OnlyFans marks a decade since its founding, and the data behind it reveals an unprecedented financial empire: revenue of about 7 billion dollars a year, with over 25 billion dollars transferred to the pockets of content creators.
An integral part of this phenomenon is the Israeli model Yarden Lasri, who holds an economic empire of her own and represents the deep conceptual shift the entire industry has undergone.
Lasri arrived for an interview at Mako and summarized in one sentence the path the platform has taken from being a rejected and ostracized space to becoming an inseparable part of language and culture:
"I used to say that I am a nude model and that I do OnlyFans, and people would ask 'What is that?'. Today it is like: 'Ah, okay'".
The platform, founded in 2016 and a trailblazer thanks to the removal of the sweeping ban on sexual content, has become a factory for stars and independent businesses generating huge capital. Lasri operates alongside prominent international names, such as Sami Sheen (daughter of actor Charlie Sheen), who purchased a beach house from her earnings on the platform and clarified that she has achieved full financial independence.
With a recent major deal in which 16% of the company was sold at a valuation of 3.15 billion dollars, it is clear that Lasri and her colleagues are not part of a passing trend, but part of a thriving economic industry.
According to industry estimates and publications, Lasri's content empire yields her an impressive income estimated at about 30,000 dollars a month—an amount equal to about 110,000 shekels monthly, accumulating to an annual income of over 1.3 million shekels. This huge capital comes from a combination of monthly subscription fees, the sale of special content, and managing daily contact with clients, establishing her status as one of the biggest earners in the field in Israel.
