Singer Hod recently released his second single, "Everything is open before us," which deals with the relentless race of life, work, career, and the pursuit of success — alongside the simple yet essential things that are sometimes pushed aside: family, relationships, children, home, and peace of mind.

The song is accompanied by a narrative music video that expands the story and adds an extra layer of depth. At its center is a person immersed in daily routines and tasks, to the point where they almost forget why they are in the race at all. Gradually, the protagonist is forced to stop, look at their life anew, and remember what is truly important.

"The song was born out of a desire to remind myself, and everyone listening, that in the midst of all the madness and the race of life, one can stop for a moment, lift their head, look around, and remember what is truly important to us," Hod shared. "Perhaps it might even help someone choose their path anew." According to the artist, the clip is an integral part of the song, bringing this message to life.

The lyrics and melody were created by Hod alongside Efi Shainer, who also handled the arrangement and musical production. The musical arrangement combines a contemporary, meticulous sound with a deeply personal performance.
