Union Motors group has announced a series of senior appointments and promotions from within the organization, effective January 1, 2027. Dror Goralnik is stepping down as CEO of Lexus Israel to become Chairman of Union Mobility and Chairman of Union Commercial Vehicles, while retaining his permanent seat on the board of directors of Union Group's automotive division.

Leadership Transitions

Itay Hayun Levin will assume the role of CEO of Lexus Israel, Dor Pikel has been appointed VP of Sales and Product for Toyota Israel, and Aryeh Leib will serve as CEO of Union Mobility. Dror Goralnik has served in the Union Group for 21 years, holding multiple senior management roles in Toyota and Lexus. During his tenure as CEO of Lexus, the brand became the second-highest-selling luxury automotive brand in Israel, doubling its sales and service network.

Itay Hayun Levin has worked at the Union Group for over 13 years, most recently serving as VP of Sales and Product for Toyota Israel, where he expanded model lineups and enhanced customer experience. Dor Pikel brings 14 years of group experience, having previously led Union Mobility as CEO, driving its significant growth. Aryeh Leib, with over a decade in the group, transitions from VP of Service, Technical, and Parts at Toyota Israel.
