Hostage survivor against Mako: "You only put out disgusting headlines about me"

Hostage survivor Rom Breslavsky speaks out against the Mako website after the site's accounts posted a video of Tania Lauren in which she attacked his remarks following the storm surrounding a wedding ceremony. Breslavsky, who felt deeply hurt by the publication, personally contacted one of the site's editors and claimed that Mako systematically publishes negative headlines about him.

The storm began after Breslavsky harshly criticized "Rabbi" Raphael Yonatan Polishuk, who performed a wedding ceremony not according to Halacha. Following the remarks, Lauren published a video in which she spoke out against Breslavsky and called to stop giving a platform to people who express themselves in a similar way.

"Enough giving such people a platform, and it is irrelevant whether he went through what he went through or not," Lauren said in the video.

The reel was subsequently published by Mako as well – a move that sparked Breslavsky's anger, as he saw the publication as a personal attack against him.

In response, he contacted one of Mako's editors with a message:

"Hey brother, I think today you went completely overboard. Below the belt and not nice. You are the only news site that would smear me like this, even during the period with Nasrin, you should be ashamed of yourselves."

Breslavsky claimed that his feeling is that this is not an isolated incident, but a continuous negative attitude from the site towards him. "If you have something unresolved with me then come and talk, because it seems there is something here that I did to you or one of your editors, that you are putting out only disgusting headlines about me across the board," he wrote. Later, he referred directly to the publication of Lauren's words and attacked: "You uploaded this disgusting girl who is smearing me and opened a door to hatred."
