A shocking new poll published by a strategic policy center in the United States reveals unprecedented hostility within the Democratic Party toward U.S. President Donald Trump, with a majority expressing support for extreme scenarios.
According to the survey, nearly six in ten Democratic respondents (59 percent) would be "very happy" or "somewhat happy" to see Trump ousted by a military junta taking over the U.S. government. Additionally, 55 percent of them would feel similarly if the president passed away. Even higher percentages—87 percent—expressed satisfaction with removal via impeachment, and 84 percent supported removal by the cabinet through the 25th Amendment.
The poll's findings highlight the deep and extreme animosity that wide segments of the Democratic Party harbor toward President Donald Trump, presenting a troubling picture of political polarization in the United States.
