Tel Aviv Approves Five Residential Towers and Commercial Hub Near Bloomfield
Tel Aviv has approved a major renewal plan near Bloomfield Stadium to build five residential towers with 401 apartments and commercial spaces.

The Tel Aviv-Yafo Local Planning and Building Committee has approved a major urban renewal plan near Bloomfield Stadium, transforming a traditional industrial zone into a mixed-use district featuring five residential towers with 401 apartments alongside 30,000 square meters of commercial and employment space.
Spanning 27.6 dunams between HaThiyah, Shalvim, and Ben Zvi streets, the project includes strict housing mix requirements: at least 20 percent of the units will not exceed 60 square meters, while another 20 percent will range between 80 and 100 square meters to accommodate diverse demographics.
A central component of the initiative is the municipal acquisition of the historic Jaffa Industry House at 14 HaThiyah Street, ensuring that local artisans, designers, and tech creators retain a cultural and productive hub backed by new public educational and community spaces.
The development plan also designates four dunams for public plots, introduces a new open public area connecting Groningen Garden and Bloomfield Stadium to Ben Zvi Road, and incorporates ground-level commercial frontages and covered pedestrian pathways to revitalize street-level activity.
