Manor Solomon and Raz Shlomo are doubtful for the national team's upcoming match against Ireland on Sunday at 21:45. Both players are ill and missed the morning training session held in Novi Sad ahead of the fixture in Backa Topola.

In contrast, Anan Khalaili participated in light training after sustaining an injury two days ago against Kosovo, but current estimates remain pessimistic, and he is likewise expected to miss the encounter.

These three players all started in the previous match against Kosovo, compounding the selection dilemma for national coach Ran Ben Shimon and his staff. Due to the extensive absences, the team did not rehearse a starting lineup, and final decisions will likely be made close to game time once Ben Shimon assesses player availability.

Sied Abu Fani strongly contends for a spot in tomorrow's starting formation. The Colorado Rapids attacking player could replace Solomon if the captain fails a fitness test or potentially step in for Tai Baribo at the center-forward position.

Notably, Omri Glazer also missed the previous fixture due to illness. While Glazer has since resumed training, a lingering virus continues to impact the squad as Solomon and Shlomo remain major doubts alongside Khalaili's injury absence in Serbia.
