Combining business and pleasure is always complicated, especially once the pleasure comes to an end. Following their split last September after a two-year relationship kept largely out of the spotlight, model Shlomit Malka and businessman Shir Alroy, grandson of Yitzhak Tshuva, are now severing their business ties as well.

The 32-year-old Malka and her 37-year-old ex-partner have decided to dissolve their joint business partnership in the cannabis company Green Boys. Their professional collaboration began around the start of their relationship in the summer of 2024, when Alroy acquired a stake in the company and quickly brought in Malka as an official partner in the venture.

The two managed the enterprise alongside their romance, but following their breakup last month and Malka's return to single status, the inevitable decision was made to finalize a complete separation between them economically as well.

Responding to inquiries regarding the split, Elinor Shahar, who represents Shlomit Malka, stated: "We do not customarily comment on the personal lives of our clients."
