Shlomi Saranga postpones concerts due to a hernia

Shlomi Saranga was supposed to start a series of concerts in Israel in mid-October, but was forced to postpone them due to a medical issue: a hernia that requires surgery. The concerts will be postponed by about two weeks and will begin at the end of October.

"I wanted you to hear it from me first," Saranga began his message to fans. "I know you were waiting for this, and I am also waiting to return to you on stage. Apparently, I overdid it a bit with the weights at the gym. I developed a hernia in the abdominal area, and I need to undergo a small surgery and give my body some time to recover properly. I am just giving my body the time it needs to return to you as I love to — with all the strength, all the songs, and all the heart. A little more and I will be with you again on stage."

At the same time, Saranga announced yesterday a series of performances for the winter season in Athens, which will take place on Sundays from November to March. The singer clarified that the performances in Athens will proceed as scheduled.
