50 happy minutes at JONZ

Chef Moti Tytman's JONZ Pizza Bar is launching '50 happy minutes': from Sunday to Wednesday and on Saturday night, between 19:00 and 19:50, the restaurant offers prices rarely seen: cocktails, wine, and kids' pasta for 39 shekels, pizzas for 49–59 shekels, pasta and schnitzel for 59 shekels, and fish or beef fillet for 99 shekels. It is a great excuse to dine early and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Shlomo HaMelech 2, Kiryat Ono.

Honey menu at Emek Brasserie

For the third consecutive year, Emek Brasserie is collaborating with the Ofir Apiary from Moshav Kfar Hogla in the Hefer Valley. From September 7–10, they will serve a festive honey menu created by chefs Ido Feiner and Yaron Malka. Dishes include young leek with avocado flower honey pickle (58 shekels), lamb fat bruschetta with citrus honey vinaigrette (68 shekels), fried wings in eucalyptus honey (72 shekels), and honey financier mousse with figs (55 shekels). New menu by Shahaf Shabtay

Pop & Pop restaurant is launching an autumn menu inspired by the fishing season in Southeast Asia. The menu focuses on seasonal fish and a fusion of Asian techniques with European classics. New dishes include chimichurri sashimi (84 shekels), rendang roll with short rib meat (89 shekels), short rib with demi-glace (130 shekels), chicken tikka (83 shekels), and brown butter fish (92 shekels). Coca-Cola Diner Month

Coca-Cola is launching 'Diner Month', a nationwide campaign inspired by American diner culture. Until September 30, over 200 businesses across the country will offer limited-edition dishes in combo meals with Coca-Cola or Cola Zero. Participants include Port 19, BBB, Burger Saloon, Agadir, Kiss, Road 90, Burgers Bar, and Greenberg. The project will culminate in a pop-up event at Hangar 11 in Tel Aviv.

New menu at OBI

OBI restaurant has launched a new menu led by chef Didi Preminger. Highlights include crispy rice with beef tartare, oshizushi akami tuna, grilled asparagus, roasted baby corn, king trumpet mushroom, and sea bass butterfly (115 shekels). Tomer Tal VS Raanan Nosel

On Sunday, September 6, at 17:00, a one-time pop-up will take place at chef Tomer Tal's Bo'u restaurant, featuring pizzaiolo Raanan Nosel. The special pizza menu includes margherita, spinach and goat cheese, marinara with anchovies and stracciatella, potato and ricotta, and smoked sardine. Fruit dessert pop-up at Sarona Market

Pastry chef Shmuel Avitan from the I LOVE EAT bakery in Ashdod is opening his first Tel Aviv pop-up at Sarona Market starting September 7. The menu features his famous fruit desserts (raspberry, lemon, passion fruit, pecan) starting at 45 shekels, plus a special Rosh Hashanah edition. The first 300 guests receive a free dessert. Aperitivo and Friday lunch at Berta

Chef Yossi Shitrit's Berta restaurant is launching a happy hour menu (Sunday–Thursday, 17:00–19:00) with a 15% discount. On Friday afternoons, Shitrit now serves home-style dishes: challah with fish schnitzel, matbucha, eggplant, and cabbage salad (72 shekels) or fish balls in a spicy red sauce (110 shekels). The new Sunday at Dinings

Hotel The Norman Tel Aviv is launching a weekly 'Girls Night Out' at the Japanese restaurant-bar Dinings. Every Sunday from 18:00, female groups receive a free first cocktail. The menu features sushi, nigiri, salmon tartare, crispy yellowtail roll, and cold soba salad. Nachmani 25, Tel Aviv.

Rib West changes concept

After 5 years, the culinary bar in Haifa's Lower City is shifting to a burger-focused, self-service concept. The menu includes classic burgers, mini versions, schnitzel, and fish and chips. Weekend brunch is served from 10:00 to 16:00. Jaffa Street 48, Haifa.

New vegan menu at Nono Mimi

Nono Mimi is entering the vegan world with a menu developed with Ilail Yahav (Goodness). Offerings include eggplant and cashew cheese shakshuka (67 shekels), spinach khachapuri (65 shekels), 'odem' cheese and pecan sandwich (41 shekels), and pizza with vegan mozzarella (69 shekels). Rolling out to all branches starting September 15.
