After Burgil released a documentary on Reshet 13 last week detailing harsh claims about their marriage and admitting on social media that she tried to cancel the broadcast at the last minute due to a physical and mental breakdown, Aklum decided to launch a direct counter-response.
Aklum published a unique video on social media created using artificial intelligence (AI) technology, designed to present the chain of events strictly from his own perspective. The video features AI avatars of himself and Burgil, reenacting what he claims truly happened behind closed doors during their marriage, aiming to show the public a completely different picture from what was broadcast on television.
According to the version presented by Aklum in the new AI video, he was the one who stood by Burgil at the beginning of their relationship, supported her during complex moments, and even helped her cope with heavy financial debts. He claims that the breaking point leading to the deterioration of their relationship and the ugly breakup occurred when Burgil demanded that he sign a prenuptial agreement—a demand he adamantly refused.
This step follows previous counters by Aklum around the broadcast of Burgil's film, including sharing recordings addressing financial issues and producing a humorous kebab advertisement mocking her claims. While his attorney clarified that the criminal case against him was closed due to a lack of evidence and he previously stated he wanted to close this chapter, it is now clear that Aklum is determined to fight for his reputation and present his full side of the story to the public.
