Rosenbaum Communications in Talks to Acquire Stake in Daniel Amram Platform
Rosenbaum Communications is in advanced talks to acquire a 60% stake in Daniel Amram's social media news platform at a 10 million NIS valuation, aiming to control digital narratives.

The social media market is heating up as more players acquire stakes in digital news ventures. Globes has learned that Ofer Rosenbaum’s Rosenbaum Communications group is in advanced negotiations to acquire a 60% stake in Daniel Amram’s platform at a valuation of 10 million NIS.
According to details obtained by Globes, the talks are nearing a final agreement. Amram is expected to continue managing the platform he built, while Rosenbaum’s group will gain the ability to promote content relevant to its clients.
Expanding Influence and Reach
Amram commands hundreds of thousands of followers across social networks, including approximately 646,000 followers on his popular Telegram channel, 358,000 on Instagram and TikTok, and 70,000 on Twitter. For Amram, who established himself as a prominent online personality, the deal represents an opportunity to strengthen his business and expand operations.
Rosenbaum Communications is one of Israel's prominent communications groups, specializing in crisis management for the political and business sectors, strategic consulting, and psychological operations. Rosenbaum currently serves as the campaign manager for the Otzma Yehudit party and Itamar Ben Gvir.
For Rosenbaum, this represents an opportunity to buy influence. Instead of navigating traditional media channels, fact-checking, and editorial oversight, the group can directly control the published narrative.
The Commercial Power of Social Media
In recent years, social media pages have transformed from niche content initiatives into strategic media assets, attracting business figures and investment funds. The migration of young audiences from traditional television and news sites to social feeds has turned these platforms into economic engines where millions of followers translate into commercial power and agenda-setting capacity.
A clear example of this trend was Asaf Rappaport’s acquisition through Merit Fund of a 60% stake in the Israel Bidor group (Z Platform) at an 80 million NIS valuation. Similar moves have occurred in current affairs, highlighting the growing interest of strategic figures in online news ventures.
