Gur has acquired Ben Shushan's stake in the R&R modeling agency for an estimated two million shekels, becoming the sole owner of the firm.
R&R Agency and Sole Ownership
Under the finalized buyout agreement, Rotem Gur takes complete control of R&R, which represents leading local and international fashion names such as Sofia Mechetner, Dorit Revelis, and Noam Bohadana. The agency was originally established as a joint venture focused on international modeling management under Gur's operational leadership.

The Future of Roberto Agency
It is important to note that the established Roberto Agency continues its operations as usual under the sole and full ownership of Ben Shushan as a completely separate business.
