Two young men, aged 18 and 21, were arrested on Wednesday on suspicion of involvement in a severe assault at a kiosk in central Ramat Hasharon. The victim required medical treatment following the attack.
The incident took place on the evening of August 31. Police received a report of an assault at a local kiosk, and officers from the Glilot station arrived at the scene to gather evidence and investigate. Through the investigation, detectives identified two suspects and obtained arrest warrants.
On Wednesday, Glilot detectives, supported by Tel Aviv Border Police officers, arrested the suspects—a 21-year-old resident of Ramat Hasharon and an 18-year-old resident of Or Yehuda. They were taken to the Glilot station for questioning and subsequently detained. Police plan to bring them before a court on Thursday to request an extension of their detention as the investigation continues.
