Maya Dagan worked incredibly hard to return to 'Dancing with the Stars' via the 'lifeline' and succeeded, but she was eliminated from the competition again during the first live broadcast. Immediately after her departure, she promised to book a flight and head off on vacation. Not only did she keep that promise, but she also showcased a toned new figure after nearly three months of grueling rehearsals.
While her fellow contestants are hard at work in the studio preparing for the next live show, and her partner Shahar Zismanovich is set to compete tonight (Monday, after the news, Keshet 12) in the traditional mentors' battle, Dagan—who celebrated her 50th birthday last October—shared a vacation photo in a swimsuit. 'I don't remember the last time I wore a bikini, I think it was twenty years ago. This is quite an event for me,' she wrote.
Dagan brought her daughter Amelia on the trip, who had accompanied her throughout her time on the show. At the moment of her second elimination, the actress said goodbye with a touch of humor: 'We failed as a society, but I thank God that I am standing here with this wonderful person named Shahar and with my beloved family who came to watch me. You are all sweethearts, and we had a blast.'
