Survivor Israel Returns to Television with New Season on Reshet 13
Saturday night television features the return of Survivor Israel on Reshet 13, a documentary on Kan 11 about historical photographers, and additional drama and talk show premieres.

Television viewing on Saturday brings a rich variety of premieres and cultural highlights, led by the return of a major reality franchise and a newly uncovered documentary about Israel's ecological history.
Survivor Israel Returns on Reshet 13
Reshet 13 launches a brand-new season of Survivor Israel at 21:15, hosted once again by Guy Zu-Aretz and filmed in the Philippines. Nineteen contestants, featuring a mix of celebrities and civilian participants, land on the island to compete in physical challenges, complex alliances, and tribal councils for the one million shekel grand prize. The cast includes singer Stephane Legar, former Big Brother participants Shay Haim and Linor Sabinik, rapper Shahar Saul, and journalist Avi Shushan. The premiere is followed at 22:45 by Tribe Edition, a companion talk show hosted by Kevin Rubin.
Three Photographers in the Swamp on Kan 11
Kan 11 presents Three Photographers in the Swamp at 22:10, a documentary by Racheli Rossink and Eyal Ben Moshe that debuted at Docaviv 2026. In the mid-1950s, as the young state of Israel prepared to drain the Hula Lake and swamps, three photographers from Jerusalem abandoned their routines to document the disappearing wildlife in color. Their planned nature film was never completed, and the footage remained stored for nearly seventy years until its recent discovery. The film revisits the Hula drainage, once hailed as a Zionist milestone, through the lens of what later emerged as a major ecological disaster.
