Oranim Group has officially inaugurated the SEA ONE luxury senior living resort, representing an investment of approximately 1 billion NIS. The financial backing for the project was provided by Bank Leumi and Mizrahi Tefahot Bank.

The financial milestone was achieved following a 600 million NIS bond issuance on the stock exchange, led by Leumi Underwriters, carrying an index-linked interest rate of 4% per annum. The complex has already welcomed its first residents, with about 50 apartments occupied in recent weeks.

Rising eight stories high, the facility offers a wide range of amenities, including two swimming pools, a spa, a fitness center, yoga and pilates studios, as well as workspaces and meeting rooms, with the floors decorated with modern art.

The cost of living in the complex consists of monthly usage fees starting at 10,000 NIS, alongside an initial deposit of 2.5 million NIS or more. The deposit is fully refundable, index-linked at the end of the agreement term, and all activities within the complex are included in this cost without additional payment.

In addition to direct views of the Mediterranean Sea, residents have immediate access to the landscaped and vibrant Flotilla 13 Promenade. The promenade features walking paths, seating areas, green spaces, and various culinary options, including cafes, restaurants, and a Golda ice cream parlor.

The Israeli senior housing market has seen significant activity recently. Aura Group acquired the Beit Bamaayan network for 1.7 billion NIS, Mediterranean Towers inaugurated the SPIRIT project in Or Yehuda with 460 apartments, and the 'Ad 120' network launched a complex in Modi'in, while Rubinstein Residences is advancing projects in Givatayim and Holon.
